I resist acne

Step 1: Remove makeup and cleanse the skin, Wash with facial cleanser, Cold steam, Exfoliate

Step 2: Hot steam without extracting blackheads

Step 3: Extract excess oil + blackheads

Step 4: Extract blackheads, use a 5-pin needle for extraction (if there is inflammation, extract all the heads of blackheads)

Step 5: Apply 1ml of anti-inflammatory medication evenly over the face

Step 6: Wrap with a plastic layer + 1 layer of foil for 20 minutes

Step 7: Clean out the blackheads, if the acne is inflamed, it will bubble on the surface - wrap with a plastic layer => use foil (wrap in 2 layers) check after 15-20 minutes to remove the foil and proceed to extract the blackheads (ensure complete removal of the blackheads).

• After 25 minutes, begin the rolling technique. Use acne roller 10ml at a depth of 1.0-1.5.

• Clean the area being treated after applying anesthesia (finish one area before moving to another).

• For the cheek, roll the acne: use a (+) shape, roll from the temple down, roll from the nostrils outward, while rolling apply stem cells, repeat around 5-7 times in a (+) shape for areas without blackheads; only roll lightly on areas with blackheads, then aggressively roll through the blackheads after rolling, apply cold electrophoresis for 10 minutes while shining blue light.

Step 12: Wrap in blue light

Step 13: Cold electrophoresis

Step 14: Massage the head, shoulders, neck, and arms
